These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Confess Mob app and confessmob.com (the "Service"), operated by Left Atom LLC. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement and can form a binding agreement.
2. Your account
You're responsible for activity that happens under your account and for keeping your device and login secure. Don't impersonate others or use the Service on behalf of someone who isn't eligible.
3. Coins & virtual items
- Coins, answer reveals, achievements, and other virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms. Except where required by law, purchases are final and non-refundable.
- We may change, limit, or discontinue virtual items at any time.
4. User content & conduct
You are solely responsible for the confessions, answers, questions, and photos you submit ("User Content"). You agree not to submit content that:
- is illegal, harassing, hateful, threatening, or defamatory;
- is sexually explicit involving minors, or exploits or endangers anyone;
- infringes someone else's rights (including privacy or intellectual property);
- contains another person's private or identifying information without consent;
- is spam, malware, or attempts to disrupt the Service.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms, but we are not obligated to monitor User Content.
5. Zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content & abuse
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. In the app you can report any content or player and block users you don't want to interact with; you can also email us at support@confessmob.com. We review reports and, where content or conduct violates these Terms, we will remove the content and suspend or permanently remove the responsible users — typically within 24 hours. Repeat or serious violations — including harassment, threats, or any sexual content involving minors — result in an immediate, permanent ban.
6. License to your content
You keep ownership of your User Content. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, display, and process it as needed to operate the Service (for example, showing it to other players in a game).
7. Disappearing content
Game results are designed to be removed approximately 24 hours after a game ends. This is a game feature, not a security or privacy guarantee. Other players may see, remember, or screenshot content while it's visible. Don't share anything you couldn't live with being seen or saved.
8. Our intellectual property
The Service, including its name, logo, design, and question packs, is owned by Left Atom LLC and protected by law. You may not copy, resell, or create derivative works from it without our permission.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content will always be deleted, retained, or kept private.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Left Atom LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including from User Content or interactions between players.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the courts located there, unless the law requires otherwise.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the updated version here and revise the "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the Service means you accept the changes.
